My stay at the hotel was amazing! The room was large and comfortable, featuring a fantastic shower, two sinks, nice Aveda toiletries, a comfy bed, and even a sofa bed for my daughter. However, it could get a bit noisy overlooking Collins Ave. The service was excellent overall, although I did have a slight issue with the time it took for cocktails. The location was ideal, near the beach and the strip, just needing a bit more attention to detail. Dining was good but a bit slow at times. The facilities were great, especially the hot tub setup and pet amenities.

I can't believe how amazing the location of this hotel is! It's so close to the beach and tons of restaurants. The rooms are super nice and cozy, although I have to say, once you're on that bed, good luck getting up. However, the jacuzzi we saw was absolutely gross, so I was glad we decided not to use it. The check-in experience was really warm and welcoming, but the whole situation with needing to speak to a manager was a bit of a hassle. The hotel offers a great range of services, but the fact that some decisions had to wait until Monday was a bit frustrating. When it comes to the location, it's perfect for being near the beach and restaurants, but I wish they paid a bit more attention to detail for the price we're paying. The dining experience was decent, but it's a shame it's outside the hotel, and the explanation was missing. Nevertheless, the pastries were a delightful treat. Overall, some touches need improvement, but the spot by the ocean and the room coziness keep me coming back every year.
